The Character Cover
A chibi figure holding an oversized tool, planted dead centre with the title split around them and four corner labels — one motif rules the frame. Eight fields.

Two runs of the same template. A chibi designer with a play wedge on indigo beside a bicycle mechanic with a spanner on burnt orange — and the motif law rebuilds the whole frame with it: cut corners, corner marks and background hairlines become chain links throughout.
Generated from this template with the fields shown above — the figure stands centred with the wedge held across the body, VIBE and LIBRARY flank without crossing him, all four corners report in, and every ornament on the page descends from the wedge: the cut corners, the corner marks, the drifting hairlines. Run-to-run quirks: the hatch marks vary in density and the background lines redraw their paths. An earlier run under a looser colour law tinted the figure into the ground; the law now says explicitly that it governs the page and not the person, and this board is from the corrected template.

The Character Cover
Produce ONE image: a landscape portfolio cover with a single chibi figure standing at its centre. Follow every line below. Replace only the FIELDS block; everything after it is fixed.
First — do you have the fields?
If any field below still has braces around it, stop and ask. Put all the questions in one short message, and show the example under each one so they can see the shape of a useful answer. Wait for the replies, then draw. Never fill a brace yourself: a value you invented is a value nobody asked for, and it will look exactly as considered as the ones they did give you.
Ask in whatever language they are writing to you in. Translate the questions and the examples; do not make someone read English to tell you what they want.
The examples are only examples. If someone answers a question, use their answer; never fall back to the example because you prefer it.
If the fields are already filled in, ignore this and carry on.
Fields — replace these nine lines only
- The theme: {what this cover is for} e.g. a vibe library for designing with AI
- The figure: {who stands there, described head to toe} e.g. a two-heads-tall chibi designer with dark tousled hair and round glasses, in an oversized indigo hoodie, sleeves past the wrists
- The oversized prop: {the one big object in their hands} e.g. a giant play wedge held across the body like a shield, edges softly bevelled
- The split title: {left word | right word} e.g. left: VIBE — right: LIBRARY
- Top left, the span: {a date range} e.g. 2024 — AUG 2026
- Top right, the year: {a year, plus a small glyph} e.g. 2026, with a small wedge glyph beside it
- Bottom left, the slogan: {one short line} e.g. Describe it, scrub it, ship it — vibary.ai
- Bottom right, the tag: {the studio or brand name} e.g. VIBARY
- The motif and the two colours: {one shape · ground hex · deep hex} e.g. motif: the play wedge — cut corners, corner ornaments and background hairlines all derive from it · ground #5B5BD6 electric indigo · frame and small type #17171A · title white
The frame
- Landscape 3:2, centred and symmetrical. The ground is the saturated colour named in the fields, painted edge to edge — opaque, never transparent.
- A border in the deep tone runs the full perimeter, with a bite cut from each corner in the shape of the motif — angular, deliberate, the same cut at all four.
- Seated in each cut corner sits one small ornament, also derived from the motif. Short diagonal hatch marks sit beside them.
- Fine hairlines in the deep tone drift across the ground behind the figure, their curves and junctions drawn from the motif too.
The motif law: every ornament on this cover — the corner cuts, the corner marks, the background lines, any divider glyph beside the title — is a descendant of the one shape named in the fields. Import nothing from outside it. A hexagon that appears because covers like this usually have hexagons is the failure this rule exists to stop.
The figure
- Two heads tall, standing dead centre, feet apart, facing forward.
- Large bright eyes, an expression that matches the theme's temperament.
- Dressed exactly as the field describes, with the prop held across the body at a size that reads as absurd and deliberate — it should be nearly as tall as they are.
- Flat fills with soft built-up shading, clean silhouette edges, saturated colour, no outlines that wobble.
- A soft shadow pools under the feet, grounding them on the colour.
The title
- Split in two as the fields give it: one word to the figure's left, one to the right, both at the same enormous size.
- Heavy blocky sans, white, set so the two halves balance the figure between them. Neither word crosses the body or the face.
- One small glyph from the motif may sit beside a word as punctuation — beside it, never overlapping a letterform. A glyph nested inside a counter reads as damage, not as decoration.
The four corners
Each is small, set in the deep tone, in the same hard sans:
- Upper left — the date span.
- Upper right — the year, at a larger size than the other three, with its small motif glyph beside it.
- Lower left — the slogan, the smallest text on the page.
- Lower right — the studio tag, letterspaced.
None of them may drift inward far enough to touch the figure's head or the title's letterforms.
The colour law
This law governs the page, not the person.
- The page runs on exactly two colours plus white: the saturated ground, the deep tone for frame, ornaments and all small text, and white for the title alone. No third hue on the frame, no gradient across the ground, no glow.
- The figure keeps their own palette — hair, skin, clothing and prop are coloured as the fields describe them, and they are the one place on the cover where other hues belong. A figure tinted into the ground colour is the failure this paragraph exists to stop: the cover is named for the character, and a monochrome character is not one.
Never
- ✕ a hexagon, a circuit trace or a tech glyph that the motif did not produce
- ✕ the title crossing the figure, or any corner text touching them
- ✕ photographic texture, 3D rendering, lens effects, drop shadows other than the one under the feet
- ✕ a second figure, a pet, a sidekick, or props beyond the one
- ✕ more than four corner texts, or a fifth text anywhere on the page
The result
A cover that works as a series: the frame and the four corners hold still while the figure, the prop and the motif change — so the tenth one is recognisably from the same shelf as the first.
The whole template, in one piece. The steps below are the entire workflow.
How to use it
- Copy the whole template with the button above.
- Replace the nine FIELDS lines. The motif line is the one that decides whether this looks like yours: name a shape from your own brand and the frame inherits it.
- Paste it into any image-capable agent or model, in one message. One run returns the cover.
- Re-cast it per season or per person: same frame, same corners, new figure and new prop — the format is the series.

Before it runs
- A figure someone would recognise twice. A generic mascot makes a cover that could belong to anybody.
- A title that splits cleanly in two. One long word leaves one side of the figure empty.
- One motif, named. Left unnamed, the frame borrows hexagons and circuitry from every cover of this kind ever made.
When to reach for it
When a portfolio, a channel or a personal IP needs a cover with a face on it. The figure carries the personality; the four corners carry the facts, so nothing has to be said twice.
What changes
- A finished landscape cover: a two-heads-tall figure standing centred, one enormous prop in their hands, a soft shadow under their feet.
- The title splits in half and flanks them — enormous, blocky, one word each side — so the figure never fights the type.
- Four corners, four jobs: a date span, a big year, a slogan, a studio tag. Each one small, none of them touching the face.
- One motif rules everything — the frame's cut corners, the corner ornaments, the background hairlines and the divider glyphs all come from the same idea.
- Two colours do the work: one saturated ground, one deep tone for frame and small type, white for the title only.
